Dear friend, imagine wanting nothing but the Lord becuase He, the Lord your shepherd, provides all your needs, especially His Truth to help you attain Heaven. What a joy that would be and how peaceful knowing this; assuring you that you are heaven bound to enjoy all eternity with our Lord and those saints and loved ones who have gone before you.
It’s interesting that people will plan wonderful vacations spending hours, days, months, sometimes years even; deciding where they may want to go and how to save for it. A vacation is well worth the effort. More importantly, let me encourage you to begin planning for the ultimate vacation – Heaven – Heaven and all its glorious surroundings, nothing you could ever imagine or dream of – a place where there is no more pain and suffering but other than that what it is like is beyond all human comprehension. What you can and should comprehend is that by knowing our Lord Jesus Christ and desiring to follow Him in all righteousness you won’t have to pay a cent; only plan well and follow His light, His truth.
Today, why not fill out a pseudo/spiritual application for a vacation in Heaven, include all the reasons you would like to go to Heaven; what you have done and what you are doing to attain Heaven; your final restng place for all Eternity. If you’re not satisfied with your application’s answers then change your ways and revise it to reflect a life lived as a true Christian, one who honors God by obeying His Commandments, His truths and His righteousness.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, help us to obey and honor you by following your truths and your righteousness. Our earthly lives will end and our heavenly journey is well worth the planning and implementing. Today, let us reflect on your Holy words in the Bible from 2 Chronicles 7:14, a verse well worth memorizing, praying and committing to adhering to in our everyday lives.
‘If my people who are called by my name humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land’. 2 Chronicles 7:14
